Tech Support Analyst

This is for a desktop support tech. Tech needs to have 2 to 3 years of experience. Top 2 must haves are 1. Technical support experience for desktop/laptops both hardware/software issues 2. Excellent customer service skills. Need someone who is driven, customer first and can work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Software Developers/Analysts

Support Expert Inc., seeks 1) Software Developers / Analysts for analysis, design, and development of software applications using various software languages and tools, 2) Database Admins for design, development, performance, integrity and security of database applications. Customer Support Representative

You should be able to demonstrate the skills to work within a dedicated team and on your own initiative, be flexible and well organized. As part of Support Expert Customer Support Team, you will perform a range of duties including reception, administration, clerical and customer support services for our customers. Proficiency in the use of modern data handling systems, good IT skills and fluency in written and spoken English are an essential requirement for the role. IT Specialist/ Technical Support

You will be providing technical support and assistance on all current and discontinued software products - learning to be proficient in all aspects of the company's products in particular, their functionality and quality control. You will be involved in the verification of new products/software releases and providing input into technical manuals and other research work. Previous experience of working in Software Technical support is considered as an asset but not a mandatory requirement.
